We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will do our best to resolve it fairly and without fuss.
Returns window
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through the process.
To initiate a return, email admin@hedleyquickcurtains.co.za or WhatsApp us on 076 198 4600 with your order number and reason for return.
Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return courier costs where applicable.
Return courier costs
Where a return is not the result of a defect or error on our part, the cost of return courier is for the customer’s account and we reserve the right to charge handling fees on the order. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. PayFast refunds may take an additional 2 to 3 business days to reflect depending on your bank.
Direct EFT refunds will be processed to the bank account from which payment was made. Please include your banking details when contacting us about a return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return courier costs for exchanges are for the customer’s account, and we will invoice for any price difference where applicable.
