Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally entitled to do so.
Products and pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you are unsure about a colour or fabric, we encourage you to visit our showroom or request a sample before ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is found to be incorrectly priced or unavailable after purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Orders
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund where payment has been made.
Payment
We accept payment by:
- PayFast – credit and debit card, instant EFT, and other PayFast-supported methods. Payments are processed securely by PayFast.
- Direct EFT – bank details will be provided at checkout. Orders paid by direct EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
Ownership of goods passes to you only upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa via Bob Go. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Where there is any conflict between these terms and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.

To the extent permitted by law, Hedley Quick will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
